Seen & Heard: Tribeca Treats Is Going Out with a Sale

••• Sunday is Tribeca Treats’s last day, so this weekend, it’s giving away cupcakes and cookies (while supplies last) to folks shopping the discounted cards, napkins, chocolates, cookbooks, and so on.

••• A real estate brokerage sent out an email about the former Wicked Juice and Kitchen space at 88 W. Broadway, saying it’s available, so it would appear that neither Dunkin Donuts nor a phone store is coming in. The asking rent for the 1,400-square-foot space is $25,000 per month….

••• Nunu Chocolates has finally opened at the World Trade Center mall, reports the reader known as Hudson River. It’s next to Nobletree Coffee in the corridor under 4 World Trade Center. (Nunu was one of the vendors at All Good Things.)

••• Opening March 24 at Lubov: Jenna Westra’s Parts of Some Quartet, Fruits. “Relying on the fundamental, immanent traits of analog photography, Westra exploits the formal elements of the medium to create delicate and subtle compositions extracted from the intentional events she creates. A quartet of non-professional models and fruit props fill photographs suggesting moments of intimacy and play, while also reminding us of the ongoing negotiation and exchange present in the acts of performing, directing, documenting.”
