••• As mentioned the other day, Grand Banks opens Friday at 4 p.m. for drinks. Now comes word that the kitchen will open on May 2.

••• The Jupioca bubble tea shop opened at 155 Chambers, next to Dirty Bird.

••• J. sent over photos of two new murals on the doors at 100 Watts, between Hudson and Varick. The first is by Kenny Scharf, and the second is by Nina Chanel Abney. According to the Daily News, the other artists “include Mr. A, AVAF, FriendsWithYou, Tomokazu Matsuyama and Rob Pruitt.”
