••• The retail space at 466 Greenwich (131 Watts) will be a sales office for the condominium under construction at 24 Leonard, judging from the applicants on the Department of Buildings paperwork: 24 Leonard’s developer, Charles Dunne, and architect, BKSK. Odd they couldn’t find someplace closer….
••• From the Public Art Fund: “Tauba Auerbach’s dazzled design for Fireboat John J. Harvey has made a huge splash across New York Harbor this past month! Because of its overwhelming popularity—and with the generosity of our exhibition supporters and Kickstarter backers—we’re thrilled to be adding six additional Flow Separation rides this fall. ••• I don’t necessarily agree with the sentiment, but I find it amusing that someone put up Post-Its like this one on the fence around 100 Franklin. Did he/she act on the spur of the moment, and just happen to be carrying a pad of Post-Its? Or was it premeditated?
