Horn from the HeartHorn From The Heart: The Paul Butterfield Story, a documentary film about the man many call the greatest blues harmonica player of all time, will be shown at the Roxy Cinema Tribeca October 17th-21st.  While Paul was in his teens on the South Side of Chicago in the early 60s, Muddy Waters took him under his wing, becoming his lifelong mentor. Paul’s interracial band broke down traditional barriers and added a rock edge to the blues. Butterfield performed at The Newport Folk Festival in 1965, The Monterey Pop Festival in 1967, and Woodstock in 1969. Purchase tickets now. Sponsored.
