STAYING SAFE IN LOCAL PARKS
Both Hudson River Park and Battery Park City parks are patrolled by security services, but only the NYPD can issue summonses for social distancing. Pro tip: best to go out on weekdays.

WEEKEND DISTANCE ACTIVITY: STREET ART WALK
With the museums closed, the best way to catch some art is to stroll the streets. This week’s shows include Steve ESPO Powers on Broadway and Spring and JR on Greene.

SEEN & HEARD: BIKE VAN IS BACK
Parked in front of PS 234, Sammy Acevedo and the GothamFix van is back; Plus a certain beer will never be the same; three broken storefront doors hopefully do not make a trend.

STARBUCKS CLOSINGS (FOR GOOD) AND OPENINGS
A bunch of Starbucks are back online south of Canal — mobile order and Uber Eats deliver only — but the one in the Woolworth Building is closing permanently.

SEEN & HEARD: MAMAN DELIVERING
Maman is open in Greenpoint for a Mother’s Day Bake Sale, and for local delivery next week; Los Tacos reopens its Chelsea Market outpost for curbside pickup; turns out Lot-Less is essential.

A MAN, A BIKE, AN EMPTY CITY
Matthias Dandois, who lives here in Tribeca, is taking advantage of the quiet streets to work his magic on two wheels.

NY SPORTS CLUB, FLYWHEEL ON THE BRINK
Struggling even before the coronavirus hit, both fitness companies are closing locations around the country and considering bankruptcy filings.

WHERE IN TRIBECA?
This guy’s expression pretty much sums it up these days. Where is he?
