TAKAHACHI IS BACK!
The Japanese restaurant at 145 Duane between West Broadway and Church is back open and serving dinner from 4:30 to 9 (8:30 during the curfew) and lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 2:30p. It’s best to call for delivery or pick up: 212-571-1830. See the menu online here.
TAMARIND IS SERVING LUNCH AND DINNER
Tamarind, the Michelin-starred Indian restaurant on Hudson and Franklin, is now open for takeout and delivery (though unfortunately it also had to board itself up) during its normal business hours (lunch from 11:30a to 3p, and dinner from 5:30 to midnight, but note curfew for the next few days at least). You can order through their site, or on Postmates or DoorDash or call 212-775-9000 to place an order.
SERAFINA IS NOW OPEN FOR LUNCH
Serafina TriBeCa — on the corner of Reade and West Broadway — is expanding their lunch takeout offering to include curbside paninis. See the rest of the menu here. Hours are noon to 8:45p. Order here, or check out the food and wine menus on their site. The restaurant also hopes to open its rooftop with couches and seating to accommodate distance protocols, as well as an outdoor cafe and gelato stand planned for the sidewalk.
AND FOR THE CANINES IN YOUR LIFE
Biscuits and Bath, the dog grooming service on Hudson and Harrison, is back open for (contactless for the humans) grooming only. The Financial District location is open, offering pick up and drop off services along with daycare Monday through Friday.
