That was a close one. The Warren Street LPQ will reopen on March 8; Broad Street reopened this week.

DOWNTOWN ALLIANCE YEAR IN REVIEW: NOT PRETTY
The population in the district — south of Murray to The Battery — is still down by 40 percent; 160 businesses have closed; only 23 percent of office workers are back.

ROXY OWNERS SAYS THEY REMAIN COMMITTED
Despite news to the contrary, the hotels are staying open and slowly coming back online; The Roxy Bar is now open, Django is expected to reopen in April, and The Roxy Cinema in May.

SEEN & HEARD
Reade Street Animal Hospital has reopened. Plus Priority Bikes gets its 15 minutes at the Golden Globes; Vietspot is open in Fidi for indoor dining; 9/11 Memorial Run/Walk is on for April – wherever you are.

There are plans for two new restaurants at the Ecco! and Rosa Mexicano spaces, as well as discussions around hate crimes, tap water and Pier A.
