TWO NEW SITES ON THE TABLE FOR MONUMENT
Esplanade Plaza and the grass next to the Irish Hunger Memorial are now on the table as a site for Essential Worker Park. But the design elements are exactly (and horribly) the same.

Located between Broadway and Amsterdam, 212 West 93rd Street brings a collection of 20 condominium residences — most of which feature generous private terraces — to Manhattan’s Upper West Side. With architecture by ODA, the 14-story building is encased in a striking contemporary facade, featuring stepped terraces and oversized beveled windows to maximize sunlight and seamlessly integrate the indoor and outdoor living spaces. Inside, the residences feature gracious layouts and interiors by GRADE New York. A curated collection of amenities includes a 24-hour attended lobby, fitness studio, children’s playroom and a landscaped rooftop lounge with skyline views.
