GOLDMAN WILL REQUIRE VACCINES
Adding to the other banks that will require vaccines for employees, Goldman Sachs will do the same, according to CNN Business, and the mandate comes with very specific policies. “The investment bank is barring employees from using their ID cards to enter the office building if they haven’t submitted proof of their vaccination status, a spokesperson for the company told CNN Business.” Employees have to get a rapid test and if they test positive, they have to go home.

INTERMIX FOUNDER SELLS IN TRIBECA
The founder of Intermix, Khajak Keledjian, who founded the company with his brother, Haro, who now owns Everafter and The Westside, has sold his apartment at 140 Franklin for $14.5, according to The Post. The approximately 5,000-square-foot duplex has four bedrooms and some 2,200 square feet of outdoor terrace space.

New York Business Journal reports that Biscuits and Bath, the dog groomers with storefronts in Tribeca and Fidi, are opening a Battery Park City location soon. (That’s a Tribeca client above.) The address is 327 South End Ave., and hours will be Monday to Friday, 8a to 6p.

CONDE NAST SUBLEASING SPACE AT 1 WTC
There have been reports of Conde Nast leaving 1 World Trade Center for a year now (to Midtown or Hoboken) and it looks like they are now staying. They paid back rent to the Durst Organization earlier this summer, and their real estate agent has started to sublease some of the 1.1 million square feet they have in the tower. “One World Trade’s landlords, the Port Authority and the Durst Organization, dug in and warned Advance that it was on the hook for its full lease to 2039.”
