Tiny’s has added fast-casual weekday breakfast and lunch

Picking up where the short-lived (but so delicious) Edith’s installation dropped off, Tiny’s is now adding a sort-of fast-casual counter service for breakfast and lunch on weekdays only. There will be no table service, but UPDATE: There is table service (so I now think this is just Tiny’s serving lunch and breakfast!) You can eat-in downstairs once your order is ready, or take it to go or get delivery. If you tried Edith’s early last summer, my guess is you’ll find the system somewhat familiar.

The abbreviated menu will include BECs in the form of breakfast bagels and wraps, as well as salads, soups, sandwiches, baked goods and beverages. You’ll order at the host stand or by phone and they will make your order. Not my favorite part: everything is packed in to-go containers whether you eat in or not, but that is our world.

See the menu below but quick highlights: the Big Breakfast Wrap ($16) with tater tots, spinach, eggs and a secret sauce, and the Tiny’s kale salad ($17).

Hours are 8a to 2:30p, Monday through Friday.
