Community Board meetings for March

I am chronically behind on CB1 news — and late to post this. I will catch up eventually? Maybe? But if there’s something you need to know, comment and I will follow up.

Meetings are still live on Webex and are also recorded and posted to the board’s YouTube page. You can also find documents and draft resolutions here. As always, contact the board at man01@cb.nyc.gov. My comments in caps.

  1. The application for Meow Wolf is for Pier 17 itself on the floors that ESPN used to occupy. It is schedules to open in late 2027 or 2028 and entirely unrelated to the Tin Building.

  2. Hi. Is thrre any newd on the huge tower proposal for Jay and Greenwich?
