Juice Press, the organic smoothie and salad shop that opened in 2014 at 415 Greenwich at Laight, has closed permanently. It’s already wiped off their map. The one on Murray and Greenwich is still operating, however. Thanks to S. for the note.

The company has 17 locations in Manhattan, including Murray Street, Hudson Square and Soho, plus one in Brooklyn. They deliver and they also have subscriptions for a variety of their juices. See those here.

Just last year, they launched a felafel restaurant out of the same space, which promised to be a big hit initially. Falafal Tanami, which has made Pete Wells’ top 100 list, opened to great fanfare, but closed within months.

The southern half of that building, on the Hubert side, now has My Gym, which opened in 2024.
