••• D. noticed that Starbucks appears to be is opening a café in Brookfield Place, on the upper level of 250 Vesey, above Amada. UPDATE 6/29: As you can see from the second photo, there’s no doubt about it. Also, how lovely if the café has that window.
••• From Notify NYC: “Two military F-18 Super Hornets will be conducting a planned flyover over the Hudson River [today] at 11 a.m. The aircraft will be flying from north to south at an altitude of approximately 1,500-2,000 feet.” UPDATE: “Due to inclement weather, today’s scheduled flyover has been postponed until tomorrow [Wednesday].” Same time.

••• At 456 Washington, meanwhile, I hadn’t realized the parking garage is open to the public.
••• Tonight’s full Community Board 1 meeting has been moved to the 67th floor of 4 World Trade Center. It’s at 6 p.m., and bring photo ID.

456 Washington garage is very small … Just a few spots. posted parking rate is $1100+ Month … Hmmm…
Starbucks is open now. Looks a lot more upscale than the usual branch. They call it the reserve bar.
