••• New York magazine‘s fall preview includes an article on Frenchette, coming to the former Cercle Rouge, but there isn’t any news except that Arcade Bakery will be supplying the bread. Also, the opening forecast is now October, which seems more likely than September.
••• That same fall preview also says Tetsu is now hoping to open in September.

I am a big fan of Chef Masa. Can someone explain to me why it has taken almost 6 years to open this resturant?
I can’t believe this is not open. My husband and I love Bar Masa and was looking forward not to have to go to Columbus Circle.
