THE NEW KIDS OF 2021
By my count we had 100 storefronts close since late fall 2019, but there were 31 new kids in Tribeca proper that brought some life back to the streetscape.

SOHO/NOHO REZONING PASSES THE CITY COUNCIL
The new development rules will allow for 27-story buildings on parts of Broadway and Canal and — if all goes as suggested — produce 900 affordable apartments.
