CONSTRUCTION MOVING ALONG AT 14 WHITE
The six-story, wedge-shaped building, with a smaller seventh floor, will have six or seven residential units and ground floor commercial.

THE GREAT TRIBECA DELI RESURGENCE
By my count the neighborhood has six new delis, opened in the past several months, with three on Chambers Street alone.

SEEN & HEARD
Hudson River Park closings for July 4. Plus Pride was this weekend; some feathered friends in the neighborhood; a kids tie-dye event in Duane Park in preparation for the 4th.

PUFFY’S WINDOW IS SHATTERED
A man threw a trash can into the window, then walked on. Plus a gut reno for Meadow Lane; one illegal cannabis store shutters, another still hanging on.

KHE-YO HAS CLOSED PERMANENTLY
The Laotian restaurant opened in the summer of 2013 and has been a neighborhood favorite ever since.
