THE FINAL PLAN FOR BOGARDUS PARK
The combined garden and plaza will have an elevated wooden platform, a new entrance in the northeast,  and egg-shaped seats that reference the neighborhood’s history as the butter-and-egg district. See a rendering, materials, the improved lighting, and more.

CB1 TRIBECA COMMITTEE: THE UNOFFICIAL MINUTES
The karaoke bar on Murray was the subject of a heated discussion at this month’s CB1 Tribeca Committee meeting, as was the ever-inconsiderate behavior of Sazón’s patrons. Also debated: the nightclub on W. Broadway, a new “upscale” Irish pub on Warren, Japanese food on Chambers, and more.
