It’s a two-part affair: Tribeca resident Charlene Keogh of Keogh Design will talk about how to design with resale in mind from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., followed by a party from 7:30 to 9 p.m. celebrating the opening of Phoenix Rising, paintings by longtime Tribeca artist Joseph Bilger (including the one pictured at right). Hosted by seasoned real estate agents Jeanine Le Ny, Jacob Fine, and Donald Abbott, who share a passion for art and real estate, “First Wednesdays” celebrates talented artists and the Tribeca community.
