Condo, Hotel, or School?
Last month, Mayor Bloomberg announced his intention to sell three city buildings. Local politicians, however, want them turned them into schools or affordable housing. It's hard to know what to think without going inside, so that's what I did yesterday at 346 Broadway. / 9 comments
