First Look: Huge New Riverside Complex

The developer of the lot across from Pier 40 presented a preliminary plan, and it's as massive as expected. Some surprises: There's a "landing point" in case the city/state decides to build a pedestrian bridge to Pier 40, big-box retail space, and an elevated public park created from old High Line tracks. / 1 comment
