Loft Tour Preview #2: Collister Street Maisonette

News crews were gathered around 26 Federal Plaza t News crews were gathered around 26 Federal Plaza this morning after a man deployed an incendiary device outside and threatened pedestrians with a firearm. The individual has been taken into custody, and the FBI New York Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating the incident, the FBI said.

Crain’s reported that the man was pulling a cart that held long guns, additional fireworks and other items, police said. The NYPD’s Emergency Service Unit established a perimeter around the building.
