A spinoff of a New Jersey restaurant, Scalini Fedeli took over what was once Bouley. There’s still an air of romance in the pretty room, with vaulted ceilings, tapered candles, plenty of antiques, and a preponderance of couples. Chef Michael Cetrulo’s Italian food is accomplished, if not particularly concerned with trends; service is formal.
