Also known as Viet Café, V Café is a large, loft-like restaurant serving (as one might guess) Vietnamese food. The menu covers a lot of ground, with soups, salads, lettuce rolls, rice crepes, dumplings, skewers—and that’s just the appetizers! Chef Lan Tran Cao—a former chief technology officer of Deutsche Bank—claims to specialize in the three regional cuisines of Vietnam, but the distinctions may be lost on those of us simply enjoying the food and the easygoing atmosphere.
