Kari Sigerson and Eliza Axelson-Chidsey founded the company in 2015, naming it for their experience at Sigerson Morrison. The shoes are made in Tuscany, and with a few exceptions, made entirely of Italian leather, from sole to lining to upper. The goal is to be chic and minimal, “relevant without being trend-driven,” says Axelson-Chidsey. Rather than reinvent the brand every season, they’re often redoing popular designs in different materials or colors.
