Color specialist Martin Kesselman’s InColour showroom/store is for the trade and the public: Designers can make an appointment to come in and lay plans or fabrics out on the table for some consulting on color, and people can walk in off the street to buy paint (Benjamin Moore and Farrow & Ball) and other supplies. When you visit, be sure to check out the floor, which has been painted with a clear finish mixed with gold-colored mica. Kesselman calls it the Billie Jean effect, after the Michael Jackson video.
