Naturino
Jae Lee, the owner of three uptown kids’ clothing stores, decided to open his first downtown store after the owner of Shoofly, an old friend, retired. Naturino carries many of the same brands Shoofly did, as well as new —such as Uggs, Skechers, Geox, and New Balance—and Lee even hired former Shoofly staffers. The store is two-thirds shoes (newborn to teen) and one-third apparel (newborn to eight), which is on the sporty, casual end of the kids’ fashion spectrum.
