Chef Bill Telepan Is Opening a Tribeca Restaurant
Also on Community Board 1's January agendas: a 15-year-old restaurant appears to be closing; Tribeca is getting another Mexican restaurant; a new bar/restaurant on Franklin Street; a new fitness facility on Church; and more.
