I walked up to the park's entrance this morning, only to find there was no entrance. It has been moved! What's more, the lawn is resodded and the new restrooms appear to be open. / 2 comments

You know the three-story brick building at Hudson and Thomas, where Paul Kohn Design used to be? A national chain has rented the Hudson-facing part of the ground floor. (I always thought a Banana Republic would be in home there, and I wasn't far off.) / 5 comments
