2) 46 Warren Street, application for elevator bulkhead and storefront renovation – Resolution That’s Tribeca Pediatrics/Parenting.
3) East River Waterfront Esplanade, application for modification of building at John Street under FDR Drive – Resolution The vagueness of “application for modification of building” and no street address makes me think a smart lawyer doesn’t want people to get worked up about whatever is happening.

5) 7 Harrison Street, application for installation of AT&T Antennas – Resolution
6) 396 Broadway, application for elevator bulkhead and new entrances and canopy – Resolution

2) Liquor License Applications
• 116 Duane Street, application for a new tavern-restaurant liquor license for Corporation to be formed by Mike Hynes d/b/a pending – Resolution It’s back?! Let’s get ready to rumble….
• 281 Church Street a.k.a 35 White Street, application to change method of operations for Pebo Viola LLC d/b/a White & Church as follows:
To change hours of operation from 5PM to 11PM Sun to Thurs, Fri and Sat, Midnight to 11AM to 2AM Seven Days. Kitchen to be open until 1 hour prior to closing; also, to change method of operation to a restaurant tavern. Oh, boy. The Church & White guys swore that they weren’t turning the place into a bar. I’m not an authority on the State Liquor Authority, and I’m not quite sure the distinction between a full liquor license and a “restaurant tavern” one, but considering how bar-like the space feels, it certainly appears as if the neighbors will be getting riled up again.
• 13 Laight Street, application for a new restaurant liquor license for Sanne Ytting/Copenhagen LLC d/b/a Copenhagen/ Aaman revised hours of operation – Resolution One can only assume they’ve decided to stay open past 8 p.m.
• 110 Reade Street, application for a new restaurant liquor license for Lotus Blue LLC d/b/a Lotus Blue – Resolution That rumor that the Nam space was being shopped around appears to have been true. Lotus Blue sounds like soft-core porn. Do they even make soft-core porn anymore?
• 54-56 Franklin Street, application for a new restaurant liquor license for Near and Far Food Company LLC d/b/a Near and Far Food Company – Resolution This is the Lafayette Grill & Bar space (east of Broadway). It was where dining-in-the-dark restaurant Dans le Noir? was going to be, and then Near and Far appeared on a CB1 agenda before getting pushed.
• 62-66 Thomas Street, application for an alteration and application for a new restaurant liquor license for Food Scope New York, LLC d/b/a Megu – Resolution Hmm. What on earth could Megu be up to?
• 279 Church Street, application for a new tavern liquor license for Yves Jadot – Resolution A holdover from previous meetings. I still think this could be a speakeasy, as the space has no windows (it’s in that funky brick building) and Jadot is a founder of the Raines Law Room in Chelsea.
• 311 Broadway, applicant for an alteration of liquor license for Sam Atomic Wings LLC d/b/a Atomic Wings – Resolution
• 77 Chambers Street, application for an Eating Place Beer License for City Chambers LLC d/b/a Checkers – Resolution Beer would help.
