Five sales were reported in the past two weeks, including two at new developments 77 Reade and one at 1 N. Moore..

••• 4/6: Moomah resurrected (leaner but probably not meaner). Plus: New synagogue to meet in St. Paul’s Chapel; liquor store opens in new spot; helping Poets House.
••• 4/8: Broadway closings. Plus: New York by Gehry’s plaza; Little One gets plywood; possible new Chinese restaurant on Chambers.
