After the roundup of new buildings, it made sense to look at the many buildings being converted into condos. The total number of units from these conversions? Around 350.

Not a day after my post about all the new conversions under way, one of the more intriguing ones—Warren Lofts (37 Warren), the building at the southwest corner of Church and Warren—has released a bunch of new info.

A NEW SITCOM ABOUT TRIBECA DADS
Seriously. It’s called “Guys With Kids.” Jimmy Fallon is among the producers, and it debuts on NBC this fall. How bad is it?

THE DRAMA LEAGUE IS MOVING HERE
The Drama League is doubling its space by moving to 32 Sixth Ave.—to the northeast corner of the building, at Church and Lispenard, to be exact. The debut of the Drama League Theater Center should be near the end of the year.
