APOLOGIES
My email service went rogue again, re-sending out the Nov. 22 email on Saturday. (As fond as I was of it, it hardly deserved an encore.) If anyone out there knows why Feedburner might be misbehaving, please drop me a line.

NEW KID ON THE BLOCK: THE CRICKETERS ARMS

REAL ESTATE SALES REPORT
Courtesy of StreetEasy, these are the properties whose sales were “recorded” by the city in the past seven days (ending 12/08/12)—the sales may have taken place earlier.
