  1. I speak as a long time TriBeCa resident but not a customer of Fresh Direct. I believe FD has every right to make their deliveries and set up shop so to speak on various streets during their delivery times.
    By having one truck stay parked while the delivery people make their deliveries cuts out numerous trucks, more pollution and more traffic/parking problems.

    The delivery people in my experience are polite and keep busy until they are finished Healthy competition allows for this situation and FD should not be penalized because of it.

    Such is life in the city…there is always something.
