••• And BKSK Architects says its the Design Architect of 460 Washington (I posted the first rendering earlier today); Ismael Leyva is the Architect of Record. I asked what the difference was: “An architect-of-record produces the construction drawings that are filed with the DOB. The Design Architect is typically the “author” of the design, directing the project from conception through schematic or design development phase.”
