The 14th-annual Inside Tribeca Loft Tour, benefiting Friends of Duane Park, is Sunday, Oct. 20 (1–5 p.m.). Tickets are $60 at duanepark.org or $65 the day of, but don’t wait, because only 400 tickets are available, and the event tends to sell out. Friends of Duane Park lets the media preview four of the 10 homes on the tour—here’s the first. I couldn’t go, so I asked the lovely and talented photographer Rebecca Yale if she’d like to take a peek.
