As shown here.
3) 13 Worth Street, application for vertical enlargement of existing lot line windows – Resolution
This would be the windows that overlook the parking lot at W. Broadway and Worth—the most mysteriously undeveloped parcel in Tribeca. Someone is betting it’ll stay that way for a while.
4) 72 Reade Street, application for façade restoration, storefront replacement and new windows – Resolution
The building where the MacKenzie Door Company was. I’ll be curious to hear whether that’ll be retail (and if I remember to, I’ll look it up on the DOB, and if I don’t, James probably will). UPDATE: I saw nothing on the DOB’s site.
5) 11 Hubert Street, application for additions to existing building – Resolution
That’s the three-story building (with a one-story garage) at the corner of Collister (pictured above).
6) 385 Greenwich Street, application for new storefront, signage, awnings and lighting, and new and altered door and window openings – Resolution
The former Ivy’s Bistro space, where Matt Abramcyk and Akiva Elstein are opening a restaurant. From the liquor-license discussion in July: “As a conciliatory gesture, Abramcyk and Elstein said that instead of French doors on the Greenwich Street side, they’d do a window or something like that. The building is landmarked, so exactly how that plays out remains to be seen.”
7) 90 Franklin Street, application for window replacement – Resolution
I love the windows at the old Valley National Bank space (pictured below)! I hope they’re not planning on doing single-pane picture windows.
8) 108-110 Franklin Street, application for removal of rear yard extension – Resolution
No clue what that means. Can anyone help? UPDATE from James: “They are taking out the 1-story extension at the back of the building” and making it terrace.

“108-110 Franklin Street, application for removal of rear yard extension”
They are taking out the 1-story extension at the back of the building.
See the DOB job description: “INTERIOR RENOVATION AT CELLAR & FIRST FLOOR. CONVERSION OF REAR EXTENSION AT 1ST FLOOR TO TERRACE. NO CHANGE IN USE, OCCUPANCY, OR EGRESS.”

Ironically, once DDG moves forward on its 6th Avenue building, the back of 108 Franklin will not be visible from a public thoroughfare anymore, thus making the need for a public hearing by LPC much less likely.
Thanks, James!
I live at 89 Murray and I could be wrong, but it seems that construction at 111 Murray has started long before 9am on Saturdays for months already!
They’re allowed to do some set-up before actual work starts, and of course as anyone who has lived near a big project knows, the trucks arrive all through the night.
