••• There’s no Inside Tribeca Loft Tour this year. From the Friends of Duane Park website: “After much consideration, we decided earlier this year to take a year off from doing the Tour this year. We’ll be hosting some different kinds of neighborhood events this fall instead, and will keep you posted as to what is going on! Hope to see you soon.” I know it’s a bear to organize, but I do hope it comes back next year.

Do you happen to have any updates on the early October reopening of Ward 3?
When I walked by yesterday, the door was open. I would guess that it won’t be reopening in the next week or two. I’ll wait till it’s in better shape to ask.
