Seen & Heard: Maserati of Manhattan Has Left

••• The owner of 24-26 Warren never does Halloween halfway.

••• Start working on your version of “Bodak Yellow,” kids! From Friends of Duane Park: “Open Mic Night for kids [is] at Duane Park on Friday, October 13, from 6-7:30 p.m. All kids who are interested in singing, playing an instrument or making us laugh for a 3-minute slot are encouraged to sign up on a first come first served basis by emailing info@duanepark.org and subject to availability on the night. Participation is free and participants will be given musical accompaniment by Church Street School musician Wilson Montouri as well as a keyboardist. Red Hook Lobster Pound will be on hand for food (at your own cost).”

••• Maserati of Manhattan appears to have made its move uptown.

••• 70 Vestry makes a nice impression from across West Street.

••• I’ve been wondering about the status of Attraversiamo, the restaurant opening 225 W. Broadway, because I never see any activity there. Emails to one of the owners (who also have Terra across the street) went unanswered, but there is a website for the restaurant, and the Facebook page has “opening this fall” on the about page and “coming soon” in a post from late August. An email to the address on the restaurant’s website bounced back.
