GAP OFFICES CLOSED FOR CORONAVIRUS
This is the second Tribeca connection to the dread coronavirus: Gap has closed its corporate offices at 55 Thomas after an employee tested positive.

NEW YORK LAW SCHOOL NOW OPEN
After a student had contact with the Westchester lawyer infected with Covid-19, the school decided to close campus. She tested negative and the school reopened Saturday.

HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT AT BMCC IS CLEARED
An encampment on a bench on the north side of Fiterman Hall has been cleared after outreach from the city’s homeless teams.

PUBLIC PLAZA AT 111 MURRAY IS OPEN
The pocket park on the north side of Murray has some cafe tables and chairs out already, and the OneSeed restaurant on its east perimeter is coming along.

ANOTHER SEASON WITHOUT THE FIELDS’ TERRACE
The terrace over the Battery Park City fields will be closed for the rest of this year as repairs to the roof of Asphalt Green continue.
