NEW KID ON THE BLOCK: 787 COFFEE
The Puerto Rican coffee chain 787 has opened its eighth outlet in the city on Worth Street, brewing beans grown and roasted exclusively on their own farm.

The retailer has held that space since 2010, first as a Crewcuts and then as The Ludlow Shop. Their last day will be Jan. 23.
