This is the painter and sculptor’s first public exhibition, and it includes seven monumental abstractions made from Cor-Ten steel.

NEIGHBORS ON LAIGHT ORGANIZE TO PLANT TREES
Residents leading an effort to green up the neighborhood join forces with the architects trying to create a park out of the Holland Tunnel rotary. There will be a dozen new street trees as a result.

The popular sports bar opened in 2010, replacing the bar called 17 Murray.

CITI BIKE STATION GETS A TEMPORARY MOVE
And even with an increase in seasonal staff, the docks downtown are still full nearly all the time. The system is close to unusable.
