DOWNTOWN LITTLE SCHOOL SET TO CLOSE NEXT YEAR
The preschool was founded in 1999 by the director of the Pace Little School, the laboratory school for the Pace University School of Education.

WEWORK ALREADY CONTRACTING DOWNTOWN
The company now has seven locations south of Canal and likely 50 percent of those are poised to close now that the company has declared bankruptcy.

WARREN STREET HOTEL SCHEDULED TO OPEN FEB. 1
The Firmdale hotel on Warren between Greenwich and West Broadway has been under construction since February 2020.
