Tribeca born and owned designer shop with truly unique ski togs for men and women made just for the brand. You won’t find anything else like it.
••• Owner and Tribecan Anthony Rutgers models the cashmere hoodie — “it’s heaven” — which is actually two pieces of cashmere bonded together with silk in the middle. Made in Italy. There are matching sweats. $2800
••• The plaid insulated hoodie is lined with fleece developed by NASA. Really. $495

These shop guys make serious clothing fun.
••• The lined tweed vest with corduroy patch pockets (comes in two colors) has a cigar pocket on the inside. Perfect for the Tweedy Daddy. $750

NILI LOTAN FOR MEN

Tribecan Nili Lotan launched a men’s line — an homage to her husband, the Israeli singer-songwriter David Broza — and opened a store across the street from her longtime Tribeca flagship. They serve coffee.

MAHARISHI

The British men’s wear line blends Eastern and Western silhouettes and graphic influences with a military bent. And the shopkeepers here are just the best.

THE CITY STORE

For all things NYC, run by the city.
••• Tribecan Josh Bach’s CIVITAS tie is a map of downtown, in case you get lost on your way home. (He has other towns on his website.) $65.

TODD SNYDER AT THE LIQUOR STORE
2 White @ West Broadway
The “lifestyle brand” designer created the J. Crew store at the Liquor Store, and reclaimed the local landmark for his own line in 2019.
••• The wool trapper hat from Japan is not too Williamsburg. $135
••• Snyder does great collabs, and this one is with Woolrich: the plaid shirt, but in cashmere. $998
