Bareburger is what might be called a third-wave fast-food chain, with meat that is “free-range, pasture raised, humanely raised, and antibiotic-, gluten-, and hormone-free.” The focus is on burgers—in beef, bison, turkey, and veggie varieties (one of the latter is pictured below)—but there are also salads and a few non-burger sandwiches. The interior piles on the rustic Americana in an effort to seem like the brand has been around a long time.
