The parking lot on the north side of Warren just east of Gee Whiz is a parking lot no more, poised instead for the next (smallish) development on the block.
Party for Duane Park includes prime loft peeping
The party will migrate from an “oh-mercy-Maude loft in North Tribeca that is on the market for $20 million" to a "definitely closed to the public commercial space of considerable architectural stature."
