City Hall Park is cleared out and cleaned up
With about 50 people still at the park, the NYPD raided it at 4a this morning, arresting seven as they did. The park is now almost back to normal. / 18 comments
Maxwell’s is closing permanently
A piece of old Tribeca is now lost with the closing of the bar and restaurant, which was named after the proprietor there in the 1930s.
