Plans are moving forward for Ponte Equities's 11-story hotel in northwest Tribeca. One building is being demolished, while another will likely be the restaurant. / 3 comments

Starting Saturday, Hell's Kitchen favorite Añejo is serving its Mexican small plates and killer margaritas in the former Bread Tribeca space at Church and Walker. UPDATE: Apparently it's opening tonight.
