The Mexican fast-food outlet has proved a quick success, at least at lunch, when the line snakes out the door. The build-a-burrito (or -salad or -taco) menu is extremely limited, and your options are all laid out in front of you; food tends to be tepid. You can also buy beer and margaritas, although the setting isn’t exactly relaxing. Note: There’s another Chipotle at Greenwich and Murray.
