Carol Adams’s shop used to be called Babylicious, but as the neighborhood (and her own daughters) grew up, she shifted focus to older kids and changed the name. Torly Kid carries clothing, accessories, toys, and books for ages from newborn up to 14 (for girls) and 10 (for boys). The shop makes party favors and gift baskets, and hosts occasional events such as a book club or visits by an opera singer.
