JOËL ROBUCHON IS OPENING A RESTAURANT IN BROOKFIELD PLACE
The final restaurant slot at Brookfield Place is going to Joël Robuchon, who is opening a new incarnation of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon. It will be 11,000 square feet, with counters, tables, and a bar and lounge.

WILL 460 WASHINGTON BE RENT-STABILIZED?

A FARM-TO-TABLE DINER IS OPENING ON READE
The folks of Hudson, N.Y., have long complained about being overrun with people from New York City—now the traffic is heading the other direction, with the town’s Grazin’ Diner planning a location in Tribeca. The original is the country’s first Animal Welfare Approved restaurant.

CAFÉ BARI IS OPENING IN TRIBECA
Last July, longtime Soho institution Café Bari closed its doors after 21 years at Broadway and Spring—now it’s reopening a few blocks south.
